Stretching your neck, shoulders and chest

Stretching your neck, shoulders and chestIf you spend any length of time at a computer, desk or driving then you may experience the problems described in a previous post about an upper crossed posture. to start correcting this problem, we want to stretch and relax your chest, upper traps and neck muscles frequently throughout the day in order to help restore the correct alignment of the neck and upper back.

This will help take the pressure off your joints, muscles and ligaments.
